This honey comes from the Leatherwood Eucryphia Lucida tree, and is endemic to western Tasmania, Australia. The province boasts some of the world’s most cleanest air and water, and most ancient and unspoiled forests.
Benefits: Contains high traces of protein, plus Vitamins B2, B3, B6, B9, Vitamin C, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and zinc. May be beneficial for your immune system, and has been traditionally used as a hangover cure! It also contains antioxidants, which may help with anti-inflammation processes in the body.
Tasting Notes & Tips: An amber colour, with an intense floral flavour and a resinous texture. The depth of flavour makes it a fabulous with bread, toasts and cheeses. Also try it in cordials, smoothies and teas.
