Tasting Notes & Tips: Pollen grains have a marked floral taste, and whilst sweet, it’s not as pronounced as honey. Have a teaspoon as it is, or mix with fresh yogurt, sprinkle on top of porridge, or add it to warm milk. The pollen comes from a mix of flowers which the Borzoni’a collect from the areas surrounding their beehives.
Allergen information: This product may cause severe allergic reactions in allergy sufferers.
