We’ll be accepting orders, but won’t be processing or shipping any UK or International orders until 19 October.

online orders: cancellations, returns and refunds policy

Delivery prices are calculated on the total product weight (product weight + container or packaging weight), packaging and delivery method.

UK delivery:

Split Delivery – Second Class (signed for, not tracked)
– *save on postage by having your order split over several packages.
– Maximum package weight: 2kg
– Price per package: £4.00
– Second Class: 3- 5 day delivery

Split Delivery – First Class (signed for, not tracked)
– *save on postage by having your order split over several packages.
– Maximum package weight: 2kg
– Price per package: £7.00
– First Class: 1-2 day delivery

Courier Delivery – FOR DELIVERIES ABOVE 2kg:
– Delivery fee: £13.00
– 48-hour delivery

International delivery:

We ship worldwide. At checkout you will be asked for the shipping details for your order. Submit your order without charge, and we will come back to you with the shipping cost and how to pay.


We ship orders within 24-48 hours from receipt of payment. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us via with your order number (found in the your account section of our website, or on the order confirmation). We will cancel your order and refund you in full.

If your order has already been shipped when you cancel, you will need to make a return in order to receive a refund. Please refer to our returns policy below.

Returns and Refunds

Our products are fragile, so we package them well to ensure they reach you undamaged. We clearly mark that packages are fragile, and we package for standard shipping handling.

We cannot accept responsibility for any damage sustained during transit or through violent or inappropriate handling by the delivery service.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unopened and undamaged, and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.

Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note:
1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
