UK DELIVERY: For all postage options, the last order date for delivery prior to this period is THURSDAY 10th SEPTEMBER.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: All orders must be placed and paid for by THURSDAY 10th SEPTEMBER. To order for international delivery, check out as normal and enter your shipping details. Please follow the instructions to submit your order. You do not need to make a payment to submit an order. Once we have a copy of your order, we will respond with the shipping costs and instructions on how to pay for and complete your order. Please note, we only ship orders once they’re fully paid.
If any orders are made during the period that the shop is on hold, we will process these as soon as possible after 25 September.

Delivery prices are calculated on the total product weight (product weight + container or packaging weight), packaging and delivery method.

– First Class: 1-2 day delivery
– Package weight 0 – 6KG: £8.00
– Package weight 6 – 9KG: £11.00
– Package weight over 9KG: £15.00
– 48-hour delivery
We ship worldwide. At checkout you will be asked for the shipping details for your order. Submit your order without charge, and we will come back to you with the shipping cost and how to pay.
We ship orders within 24-48 hours from receipt of payment. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us via email@example.com with your order number (found in the your account section of our website, or on the order confirmation). We will cancel your order and refund you in full.
If your order has already been shipped when you cancel, you will need to make a return in order to receive a refund. Please refer to our returns policy below.
Returns and Refunds
Our products are fragile, so we package them well to ensure they reach you undamaged. We clearly mark that packages are fragile, and we package for standard shipping handling.
We cannot accept responsibility for any damage sustained during transit or through violent or inappropriate handling by the delivery service.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unopened and undamaged, and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.
Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
