0 out of 5

Benefits: Considered beneficial for the immune system, better sleep and supports digestion.

Tasting notes and tips: Amber coloured, this honey is sweet and fruity, with soft notes of blackberry and wildflowers. Great for fruit teas and infusions, try with yogurt, porridge or on toasted crumpets and teacakes.

Provenance: The bees forage on bramble flowers across Norfolk, in the east of England, during the summer months, mainly June and July. During this short bramble flowering period, the beekeeper moves his hives to the best blossom sites every 10 days or so.

Raw honey is not suitable during pregnancy or for children under 12 months old.
