Raw Acacia Honey – ‘Acacia’

Made in north Yorkshire, where the bees forage on wild heather.

Benefits: Prized for its health and healing benefits, it’s traditionally used to treat digestive disorders and kidney infections.

Tasting notes and tips: A unique texture, strong heather notes, with a hint of caramel, amaretto and salt. Great with cheeses with ‘bite’, on toasted teacakes or in porridge.

Benefits: Like all raw honeys, it is highly antiseptic and anti-inflammatory. Commonly used to boost the immune system, help fight colds and flu. It’s also thought beneficial for the skin, including acne.

Tasting notes and tips: Delicate, but with depth, rich sweet notes with a lingering aromatic finish. Great with yogurt, muesli & porridge. Try on a cheese board or roasted fruits.

Provenance: Made in Greece from Thyme,  flowering between June and October.

Tasting Notes & Tips: Made from pure wildflower honey, ground hazelnuts, and cacao. An absolutely delicioustopping for toast, porridge, ice cream and pancakes, to name a few! Rich, with just the right amount of cacao and nut.

Provenance: A wildflower honey made in the national park of Abruzzo, in central Italy. Once harvested, the honey is blended with hazelnuts and cacao, allowed to infuse, and then jarred.

Tasting Notes & Tips: We’re converts to honey creme and like to use it like a jam. Try it on toast, in a Victoria Sponge, or with vanilla ice cream, natural yogurt, or even porridge! This stuff is great if you’re not a big honey fan.
