Available Sizes: 250g

A blend of 94% Acacia honey and 6% pure fruit or spice. No added sugars in the fruit, and all the benefits of a honey.

Tasting Notes & Tips: We’re converts to honey creme and like to use it like a jam. Try it on toast, in a Victoria Sponge, or with vanilla ice cream, natural yogurt, or even porridge! This stuff is great if you’re not a big honey fan.

Our honey cremes are available in the following varieties:

    I love, love the Italian Honey crème “wild Strawberry “. I made a wonderful Serrano pepper chili salad dressing using this honey Instead of sugar!
    Drizzled over a grilled peach salad with blue cheese, sliced chicken cutlets, mixed salad lettuces plus butter leaf lettuce and ripe sliced strawberries. It was beautiful to the eyes and fantastically delicious to eat.

    Now I just need to get more honey. 5 stars
    I received rave reviews from my family.

    All Honeys Raw Eucalyptus Honey £10.00

    Benefits: Eucalyptus honey is highly prized for its antioxidant and anti-bacterial properties. Considered beneficial against flu, colds, and respiratory infections, also traditionally used to help soothe and prevent urinary tract infections.

    Tasting Notes & Tips: This honey has a highly perfumed aroma, and dark colour. Quick crystallising with a fine or medium crystals. A rich and deep sweet flavour, with light toffee and licorice notes, and a dry, almost salty finish. Try with yogurt and porridge, or in homemade chocolate truffles, or drizzled over some strong cheeses.

    Provenance: Made by a family of beekeepers, whose hives are in the national park of Abruzzo, Italy. The bees forage on the Eucalyptus flowers found there in July and August.

    All Honeys Raw Forest Honey – ‘Miele di Bosco’ £10.00

    Benefits: Like all unpasteurised honey it has antiseptic and antibacterial properties. Commonly used to boost the immune system, help common fight colds and flu. It’s also thought to be beneficial for anemia.

    Tasting Notes & Tips: Dark and thick, with an intense taste, that’s almost molasses like. This honey has deep fruity notes of prunes and currents, with a dry finish. Great with yogurt, muesli & porridge, in baking, or as a glaze for both meat and fish.

    Provenance: Made by a family of beekeepers, whose hives are in the national park of Abruzzo, Italy. This honey is not made with pollen, but with the sap from tree leaves. The leaf sap is eaten by insects who absorb the proteins and then expel a sugary sap that’s loved by the bees.

    Benefits: Like other wildflower honeys it contains antioxidants & vitamins. Can be helpful in soothing colds, and due to its anti-inflammatory & antiseptic properties, it can also help to reduce inflammation and infection.

    Tasting Notes & Tips: Pale, shimmering pearl colour (‘Pärlehonung’ means Pearl Honey in Swedish), with a silky, creamy texture. Light and floral on the palate, with hints of sherbet and lemon on the finish. We love it on toast & think it makes an excellent glaze for light sponge cakes.

    Provenance: Produced early in the season in beautiful Southern Sweden, when fruit trees including apple, pear, plum & cherry, and the first wildflowers are in blossom. Made by Slow Food producer, Viktoria Bassani, who has been producing honey from her hives since 2005. She uses traditional methods, ensuring the preservation of as much flavour and aroma as possible.

    ​Benefits: Contains high traces of protein, plus Vitamins B2, B3, B6, B9, Vitamin C, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and zinc. May be beneficial for your immune system, and has been traditionally used as a hangover cure! It also contains antioxidants, which may help with anti-inflammation processes in the body.

    Tasting Notes & Tips: An amber colour, with an intense floral flavour and a resinous texture. The depth of  flavour makes it a fabulous with bread, toasts and cheeses. Also try it in cordials, smoothies and teas.

    Provenance: This honey comes from the Leatherwood Eucryphia Lucida tree, and is endemic to western Tasmania, Australia. The province boasts some of the world’s most cleanest air and water, and most ancient and unspoiled forests.
